Xiao Cui joined Pictet Wealth Management in Geneva as a senior US economist in 2023. Prior to joining Pictet, Xiao spent a decade in macro research at Credit Suisse’ investment bank in New York. Her responsibilities at Pictet encompass the comprehensive analysis of macroeconomic trends, monetary and fiscal policies, and political developments within the US. Xiao's analysis plays a crucial role in formulating Pictet’s house view on the world's largest economy, directly influencing the investment committee’s asset allocation strategies.

Xiao holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in economics and international affairs from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Bretton Woods Committee, the Forecasters’ Club in New York and the National Association for Business Economics in the US. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
