Zita is the Founder and Legacy Aesthete at The Legacy Atelier™, a seasoned family business and family office topical expert, and senior content professional. She is a Top Recommended Family Business Adviser in 2021/22/23 by Spear's 500 with her bespoke legacy curation projects and tailored legacy ateliers ensuring the preservation and longevity of family legacies around the world.

Zita built an innovative multidisciplinary methodology and framework to preserve, narrate, maximise, showcase, represent, and control complex legacies, as well as help pass these on to the next generation of legacy guardians. Her legacy curatorial projects include family portrayals, legacy collections, recordings, catalogues, archives, and legacy museums along with contextual research and strategic legacy advisory. Zita may also creatively help harness legacies to enhance vital family identity, family governance, succession, and further transition projects.

She is a Cultural Scientist and the 1st PhD Candidate in Family Legacies with a pioneering research dedicated to bringing in various Cultural Scientific fields to Family Business Studies. Zita holds an MA in Philology (Diploma in Comparative Aesthetics in Italian) and a Programme in Cultural Management. She is a Fellow at the Royal Society of the Arts, a Member at the Museums Association, and works with top trusted editors, archivists, and other philologists on her Client projects.
