Meet outside the Grimaldi Forum for a beautiful early morning run around the harbour and up through the Botanic Gardens to the viewpoint and back.

Venue: Fit Factory, Promenade infèrieure du Larvotto Avenue Princesse Grace, 98000, Monaco
Join Rachel Bower, former English National Champion, National Coach and GB Boxing Development coach and Detective Inspector with the Met Police.
Take part in a morning boxing session on the beach in front of Fit Factory (a map showing the location can be found on the ConnectMe event app) or meet outside The Grimaldi Forum at 07:15 for an IMpower member of staff to guide you to the session.
