Madeline Tremont, IRT Manager, Clinical Drug Supply, Genmab

Madeline Tremont is a dynamic and innovative IRT Manager at Genmab who has rapidly established herself as a leader in the field. With a keen ability to solve complex challenges and a passion for improving patient outcomes, Madeline consistently delivers exceptional results.

In her short career, Madeline has already made a significant impact. She has successfully implemented new IRT system design standards, fostering collaboration and enhancing the user experience. Her strong leadership and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in navigating complex clinical trials, building robust relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, and establishing efficient UAT processes.

Suvesha Hanumanthakuman, Associate, ISG R&D Clinical, Cognizant

Suvesha is a young professional who has demonstrated exceptional talent and innovation in the field of IRT. In just three years, she has mastered various aspects of IRT, from helpdesk to development, from testing to project management and even onto archival. There is literally nothing she cannot do. She has shown a keen ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions. Suvesha's work has a positive impact on the industry and the society, as she helps to accelerate the development of life-saving drugs.

Alex Murray, Validation Specialist, ICON plc

Alexander (Alex) Murray, a dedicated member of ICON's Validation Team, has profoundly transformed the IRT landscape since join the company in 2019 as a sociology graduate. Renowned for his relentless pursuit of innovation and efficiency, Alex's thirst for knowledge has not waned in light of his growing responsibilities and while embracing his full-time work responsibilities, he pursued a second degree in Computer Science, immediately leveraging his newfound skills to streamline aspects of the testing processes within the team.

Alex began developing tools to help automate some of the manual processes to bring additional efficiency and reduce burdens on IRT personnel. In addition to his regular responsibilities, Alex managed the forward progress of his project. He developed his initial prototype, created the associated Design Specifications, performed all necessary testing, and worked with ICON’s IT departments to ensure all standards were met before rolling it out to the team.

What is unique about Alex’s contributions as a young professional is that he is both productive and receptive – he opened his own innovations to feedback from the teams to ensure his efforts met their needs. In response, he developed various configurations for his tools to best fit their specific use cases and achieve the intended efficiencies. With his passion for learning, penchant for innovation and personal drive, Alex is contributing to positive change in the IRT landscape, one line of code at a time.
