As Managing Partner, Brent Magnan is actively involved in the corporate development of Canada ICI’s national origination and analyst divisions. He is directly involved with corporate strategy and aligning Canada ICI’s vision of becoming Canada’s leading commercial mortgage advisory firm. Canada ICI originates over $8B a year in commercial and multifamily loans.

Brent continues to oversee and develop an active portfolio of clients, which includes some of Canada’s most active real estate owners and developers. Brent has a development financing focus, ranging from land loans, construction, and take-out debt. Notably, Brent and his team are amongst the top CMHC originators in the country. Having funded more than $3.5B in commercial mortgage transactions, Brent remains at the forefront of the debt markets. Brent has held senior roles within the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years.
