Jeremy Lantz serves as Executive Director and Controller of Lilly USA at Eli Lilly and Company, where he oversees accounting and controls for the U.S. affiliate and provides FP&A oversight for its central capabilities functions.

In his nearly 15 years at Lilly, Jeremy has spent most of his career on the Corporate Financial Reporting team. His responsibilities there included preparing quarterly earnings releases and investor materials, coordinating SEC reporting, overseeing the Financial Controls Organization, leading accounting for business development transactions, managing compensation and benefits accounting, and administering global accounting policies. Jeremy also served as interim Controller of Lilly Canada.

Before joining Lilly, Jeremy held roles in Accounting Risk and Policy at Fifth Third Bank and in audit at Ernst & Young. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Indiana).
