Jess Montler, CPA, MBA, is the Executive Director, Technical Accounting at Bristol Myers Squibb. He leads global teams spanning corporate technical accounting, treasury accounting, the revenue center of excellence, and finance policy, and oversees the company’s accounting conclusions on its most complex transactions.

Before BMS, Jess spent more than 15 years in Big 4 and public accounting, most recently as a Director at PwC, leading global engagements for multinational public companies across pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, and technology sectors. He guided clients through complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, bankruptcies and complex capital arrangements and regularly presented to boards and audit committees.

Jess is a licensed CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Vincent College and an MBA in Finance from Penn State University.
