Profile

Marc focuses on helping the capital markets ensure transparent articulation of corporate long-term value creation stories, through investor communication channels, both within and outside of regulatory filings. He has unique experience of having set both financial accounting as well as sustainability reporting standards. Marc completed a ten-year term as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) in June 2018 and was also a member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) from 2019 until it merged into the International Sustainability Standards Board in 2022.
