Mr. Sebastian has served as the Executive Director, Corporate Controller at Immuneering Corporation since July 2021. With over 16 years of expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, he brings extensive experience to his role. Before joining Immuneering, he was a Director in the SEC Services Group of PwC’s National Quality Office, where he advised clients on SEC reporting matters. Mr. Sebastian began his career at PwC in the Pharma/Life Sciences Assurance practice, delivering audit services and guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from King’s College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.
