How to Apply - Postgraduate Diploma
If you're interested in deepening your knowledge of maritime law but don't have a specific legal background, consider our online Postgraduate Diploma in International Maritime Law (18 months).
→ This is designed to help you gain a better understanding of the regulations of the sea, starting with an introduction to English law.
Step 1
When you are ready to apply for the Postgraduate Diploma, please:
- Download the Application Form or click on Apply button
- Prepare your supporting documents: CV, Certificates and Transcripts, Passport copy, English Language Requirement proof
Step 2
- Complete the Application Form
- Scan and upload your supporting documents
Step 3
Fill in the online Application Form by clicking on the “Apply Now” button.
Make sure all the relevant supporting documents are uploaded and credit card details supplied for the application fee before submitting your application.
Step 4
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your application within 48 hours. We will then review your application to ensure it is complete. We will contact you again to advise you that your application has been forwarded to the University, or to request any missing documentation.

How to Apply - LLM
If you hold a law degree and are looking to specialise in maritime law the master's level, our full LLM in International Maritime Law (30 months) may be the ideal study option for you.
→ This is tailored to individuals with a legal background, offering a comprehensive understanding of this fascinating subject matter. It culminates in a dissertation on a topic of your choice, allowing you to gain in-depth insight into the field.
Step 1
When you are ready to apply for the LLM, please:
- Download the Application Form (hyperlink the app form) or click on Apply button
- Prepare your supporting documents: law degree certificate, CV, Certificates and Transcripts, Passport copy, English Language Requirement proof

- Complete the Application Form
- Scan and upload your supporting documents
Step 3
Fill in the online Application Form by clicking on the “Apply Now” button.
Make sure all the relevant supporting documents are uploaded and credit card details supplied for the application fee before submitting your application.
