Liverpool John Moores University are experts in the field of Marine Engineering and Management. In 1825, they opened England’s first Mechanics’ Institute in Liverpool, teaching mechanics, arithmetic, and engineering draftsmanship. In 1892, they made history again by opening England’s first Nautical College.
