Tamás Kitka is Managing Director of CREATe Therapeutics, leading the development of a novel small molecule-controlled gene therapy platform for CNS disorders. With over 15 years in pharmaceutical R&D, his expertise spans early drug discovery through preclinical development. He has contributed to projects that advanced to clinical trials and has led innovation, portfolio strategy, and business development in biotech and CRO settings. Tamás holds a PhD in Neuroscience and is passionate about bridging cutting-edge science with real-world therapeutic solutions.
