Fan Zhang is a seasoned data science leader specializing in insight generation and actionable data science consulting. He has worked across the data science and machine learning landscape at Square for the last 8 years. Among other things, he has shaped the evolution of Square's product data science discipline and their attribution and value measurement framework. Currently, Fan is leading the Strategic DS Initiatives team, a small and scrappy growth data science team that serves as internal data consultants to the company.
