Dr Qiuping Li is a senior lecturer in Management in Middlesex University. She is also the Programme Leader for MA International Business Management in the Business School. Qiuping holds a BA in International Finance from Wuhan University in China, an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and a PhD from the University of Manchester. Before joining Middlesex University, Qiuping was a Research Fellow in the University of Reading, in the School of Construction Management and Engineering. Qiuping researches on organisation studies, her work covered a wide range of industries and sectors, including construction, engineering, industrial parts and materials, consumer durables and consumer non-durables. Her current research interests are organisational change in SMEs in China. Qiuping teaches strategy, multinational corporation management, and international Human resource management.
