Your exhibitor space includes:
Please refer to your contract to confirm your allotted booth space. Your package includes either an 8’x10’ booth space including a 6’ table and 2 chairs or a genius bar space including a square high cafe table, 1 stool & (1) 32" TV monitor on a stand and power strip.
You will need to order (NOT included with your booth):
Electrical and AV services are not included in 8'x10' Exhibitor Packages. If you require Electrical or AV equipment, you must order it through the hotel vendors via the forms below. Wireless internet is complimentary in the venue. If you require a hardwired internet line in your booth please reach out to one of the event contacts for more information.

All exhibition materials should be shipped directly to the Royal Sonesta. The hotel will begin accepting packages on Monday, January 20, 2020. Please see the shipping document and the below for shipping information. Please be sure to return the credit card authorization form to the hotel when collecting your packages for payment of these fees.

As part of our customer service to the exhibitors, please send the tracking numbers for any boxes/booths shipped to the Royal Sonesta. Our show management team will help track packages on-site should any issues or delays arise.
You are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registration passes per your agreement. If you are unsure how many passes you have used or what comes with your package, please contact Kristin Wittreich (Kristin.Wittreich@informa.com).

How to Register:
- Please use your unique registration link found in the body of the email
- Enter the full contact information of each of your attendees and click submit to complete the registration. You will need to go back to the link for each attendee you are registering. Please refer to your contract to confirm how many complimentary passes you are allotted in your sponsorship agreement.
- Speakers will be automatically registered, so please do not use your allotments to register speakers.
- If you have any changes to your registered passes, please email these changes to Kristin.Wittreich@informa.com.
- Your complimentary Main Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Delegate Pass registration allows you full access to the MI&E Exhibit Hall & Conference Sessions from Monday, January 27 through Wednesday, January 29.

It has come to our attention that some event attendees have been contacted by third party providers seeking to book attendees' hotel reservations at reduced rates. Please be advised that no third-party providers have been authorized by Informa Connect or the contracted hotel to provide such services, and any representations to the contrary should be considered fraudulent. All reservations should be made directly with the above hotel by calling directly to the number listed above. Under no circumstances should you provide personal information or credit card details to any such third parties. Informa Connect disclaims responsibility for any losses or complications arising out of attempted hotel bookings by attendees through third party providers.
