Alexis Harris is a Research & Insights Lead on the Marketing Effectiveness Research team at TikTok. Using quantitative research methodologies and the most up-to-date technologies, she designs and delivers large scale research studies and helps cross-functional teams leverage consumer insights. Her work has been influential in guiding strategic initiatives throughout the marketing and product strategy organization.

Prior to TikTok, Alexis worked for PepsiCo across multiple divisions of category insights, strategic sales, and sustainability insights. She specialized in complex data analysis and innovation project management.
