Mike is the Senior Director of Global Research and Consumer Insights at Blizzard Entertainment (part of Microsoft), where he oversees three departments: consumer insights, market intelligence, and games user research. Blizzard Entertainment develops some of the most iconic entertainment experiences in gaming, such as Overwatch, World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Diablo, and StarCraft. He has been with Blizzard since 2016. Previously, he was Director of Consumer Insights for Activision and held research positions at Arbitron/Nielsen and Westat. He holds a MS in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, a MS in Survey Methodology from the University of Maryland, and BBA in Business and Psychology from the College of William and Mary.
