Yasmin Mitchell serves as Head of Business Intelligence & Insights at global entertainment company Fuse Media, the leader in the creation and distribution of inclusive, purpose-driven stories and experiences for culturally diverse young adults.
Mitchell brings over two decades of experience in the advertising industry, with a career rooted in data-driven marketing strategy and data analytics across some of the most iconic sports, media and AdTech organizations.
Her expertise lies in consumer insights, direct-to-consumer marketing, marketing analytics and leveraging data to power business performance; particularly standing up attribution models and driving full-funnel audience targeting across linear and CTV platforms, with an emphasis at driving incrementality and lower funnel conversions.
Before joining Fuse Media, Mitchell held leadership roles at top media and sports brands, including the NBA, where she led global campaign analytics. She also served as VP of Marketing Analytics and Insights at Paramount/ViacomCBS and Ampersand TV, developing attribution models to measure campaign success. Mitchell has led ad sales research teams at Turner Broadcasting, NBC Universal, and Comcast. Her work has supported major networks like BET, Telemundo, CNN, and Cartoon Network, focusing on shifting competitive ad dollars and driving multimillion-dollar campaign success.
