Andy is Senior Director of Policy and Research at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). There he specializes in federal programs coverage and reimbursement and several other policy areas, including cell and gene therapy reimbursement, pharmacy benefit management policy, and many other topics. Andy has previously worked for multiple industry associations, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, and the District of Columbia Medicaid Program. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester and an M.P.P. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
