Chantelle V. Britton, M.P.A, M.S., serves as the Director of the Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) in the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Chantelle provides strategic leadership and oversight for the 340B Program and guides OPA’s policy and implementation work. Chantelle has nearly 20 years of experience in drug pricing, health insurance coverage, access to care issues and public safety-net programs. She also has deep knowledge and experience with the 340B Program having previously served as senior advisor within OPA for over 8 years, primarily working to implement major policy initiatives for the Office.


Chantelle began her career in the Federal government in 2006 and has held numerous positions within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services working on Medicaid policy and HRSA’s Office of Legislation working on Ryan White HIV/AIDS policy and 340B issues. She has also served in the White House’s Office of National AIDS Policy/Domestic Policy Council helping to implement the National HIV/AIDS Strategy and the Affordable Care Act.

Chantelle holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from James Madison University, an M.P.A. from Howard University and a M.S. in nutrition and integrative health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
