Chris is Associate General Counsel, Value & Access and Pricing at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he counsels on government price reporting, drug price transparency, payment policy and reimbursement issues and general market access concerns. Previously, Chris was a lawyer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), first working on health insurance reform and regulation at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and later on pharmaceutical and health insurance oversight with the Office of Inspector General. Prior to joining Teva, Chris held market access legal roles at another global pharmaceutical company. Chris received his JD and MPH from The George Washington University.
