Dani Feist is the Pharmacy and Drug Rebate Section Supervisor for the Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) for the State of Montana. With over 20 years of professional healthcare and operations management experience, she oversees health benefit coverage, reimbursement procedures, and policy development for approximately 200,000 Medicaid members. Throughout her career in public service, Dani has successfully managed healthcare service allocations, contracts, and drug rebate accounts. Additionally, Dani has conducted preliminary investigations for fraud, waste, and abuse and reported suspected violations as necessary.

Dani brings deep technical expertise in healthcare reimbursement methodologies, pharmacy billing systems, contract management, and regulatory compliance. Her background spans both clinical and administrative settings, including years of hands-on experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in inpatient, outpatient, and home infusion environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Western Governor’s University, an Associate degree in Health Information Technology, and multiple leadership certifications from the State of Montana and the University of North Dakota.
