Dena Karels comes from a diverse pharmacy background over the last 20 years. Her experience and expertise include retail, long-term care, hospital IV infusion, purchasing, 340B compliance and auditing, revenue analytics, finance operations, claim reconciliation, specialty pharmacy provider contracting and rebate dispute management. Dena currently manages the dispute team at Prime Therapeutics and collaborates with manufacturer relations. She is pursuing a BA in Healthcare Leadership at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
