J’Aime Conrod is VP, Government Business & Healthcare Policy at Amneal Pharmaceuticals Inc., where she leads the company’s enterprise-wide government strategy to build strategic partnerships and expand Amneal’s business with federal and state government agencies, supporting both in-line and pipeline products across the Generics, Biosimilars, and Specialty Branded portfolios. She also leads Amneal’s Government Team, responsible for engaging with federal and state government stakeholders, focused on advancing healthcare policies that drive greater accessibility to affordable medicines and resiliency of the supply chain. In addition, she serves as Co-Chair of the Pharmaceutical Subcommittee for The Coalition for Government Procurement and is a member of leadership for AMSUS-Sustaining Members, both trade associations that support greater engagement with the federal government.

J’Aime joined Amneal from Amgen’s Rare Disease Business (previously Horizon Therapeutics), where she served as Senior Director, Government Account Engagement, spearheading all strategic initiatives between Amgen and Government Payors and leading a team of Government Account Directors. Prior to Amgen, she worked at UCB Inc, serving in various leadership positions, including Head of Government Accounts and Head of Specialty Markets. She was a founding member of the AMSUS Executive Advisory Board which was created as a Federal Think Tank to bring together industry executives and federal government leaders to champion greater partnerships and drive innovation to shape federal medicine.

J’Aime holds a M.S.P.H in Maternal & Child Health from the University of South Florida, College of Public Health and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Sciences from The Ohio State University. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia.
