James is the current Director of Medicaid Contracting and Rebate Operations at Novartis. With over ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has held roles in the Medicaid, Managed Care, and Gross to Net spaces throughout his time at Novartis with duties revolving around dispute management, data visualization and dashboarding, forecasting and partnering with Finance in managing accruals on the Commercial side of the business, and working closely with Market Access in determining financial impact of various pricing and legislative scenarios. Prior to joining Novartis in 2016, James spent time working with a GPO in the Long Term Care Pharmacy space and with IQVIA managing sub-national sales data and sales rep compensation. James is passionate about talent development, patient support, and policy impacts to the industry as a whole.
