Jessica Catalano has over 25 years of experience in financial analytics, government pricing, revenue management system implementation, and brand pricing strategy. She began her career forecasting electric sales for NJ’s largest electricity and gas provider, PSE&G. Jessica transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in 2005, joining Watson Pharmaceuticals. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, she eventually became part of Teva in 2016. She is currently the Senior Director, Government Pricing & Compliance where she has created a cross-functional Center of Excellence for the organization. Her team is responsible not only for ensuring the company’s compliance with government reporting requirements, but for also offering a go-forward view of government pricing and Federal liabilities. Jessica holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a Minor in Computer Science and a Concentration in Secondary Education from Montclair State University.
