Jorge Lopez is the Director of Government Pricing & Commercial Contract Management at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where he leads the company's government pricing operations and oversees the full contract lifecycle management process for commercial pricing and distribution agreements. With more than 11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including nearly a decade specializing in government pricing, Jorge is a recognized subject matter expert in AMP, Best Price, ASP, Medicaid Drug Rebate Program compliance, and federal pricing regulations. Prior to joining Hikma, he spent eight years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in roles spanning government pricing, rebate operations, and finance. Throughout his career, Jorge has led major compliance initiatives, system implementations, process transformation projects, and cross-functional teams supporting complex pricing and contracting operations. He is a frequent industry speaker and has presented at leading conferences including MDRP and Pricing & Contracting USA. Jorge earned a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College with a concentration in Economics.
