Kathleen Dynan Black, MBA, Director, Government Strategy & Operations, Pfizer, has 30 years of pharmaceutical manufacturer experience in federal and state healthcare programs, including 340B Drug Pricing Program and Medicaid Drug Rebate Program. Kathleen has developed and executed methodology assumptions, policies, trainings, and procedures in support of government pricing programs, contracting, reporting, and compliance. Most recently Kathleen’s focus is on Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) operational issues and implementation challenges including 340B discounts deduplication and rebates as well as Maximum Fair Price (MFP) effectuation for Medicare Part D and B.
