Marcella Lynch is the Director, Pricing and Forecasting for the Rare Disease US Market Access team at Chiesi. She is responsible for leading the pricing, contracting, forecasting and Market Access operations for existing and pipeline rare disease products.

Marcella has been in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for close to 20 years. Her experience ranges from Clinical Trials, Data Management, Commercial Analytics, and with the last 7 years being spent in Market Access in Pricing and Contracting roles. Prior to joining Chiesi, Marcella worked at Shire (now Takeda), AMAG Pharmaceuticals (now Covis Pharma), and Clovis Oncology with various levels of exposure to buy-and-bill, specialty, and retail distribution model products. She was most recently part of launching 2 infusion rare disease products at Chiesi, in 2023. She has led and is currently leading Pricing Committee, and oversees gross-to-net forecasting for Market Access strategy.

Marcella has a BS and Masters in Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from Babson College.
