Maria F. Hay is the Director of Pricing, Contracting and Government Pricing at Outlook Therapeutics, where she leads strategy and execution across pricing, contracting, government pricing, and channel-related market access initiatives. Her experience spans across specialty contracting, GPO strategy, pricing, gross-to-net, government pricing, chargebacks and rebates, and commercial operations.

Her experience includes supporting specialty and physician-administered products, with particular expertise in ophthalmology, Medicare Part B, and complex buy-and-bill market dynamics.

Throughout her career, Maria has focused on translating complex pricing and access challenges into practical commercial strategies that support successful launches, sustainable growth, and patient access. She holds a Master of Business and Science in Drug Discovery and Development and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Rutgers University
