Matt Fornataro's practice focuses on life sciences and health care regulation, and he works companies at all stages on compliance, enforcement, market access contracting, and public policy matters. Matt counsels on federal and state drug pricing and government price reporting compliance, including the drug pricing and negotiation provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. Matt assists clients with restatements, investigations, and litigation related to drug price reporting, and he drafts public comments on proposed rules and guidance.
