Michelle Drozd is Executive Director of U.S. Pricing Policy and Analytics at Gilead Sciences, where she leads strategy, analytics, and government affairs engagement on drug pricing policy. Prior to Gilead, she spent seven years at PhRMA leading work on a broad range of federal healthcare policy and reimbursement issues. Earlier in her career, she worked at Mass General Brigham and RTI International, supporting healthcare strategy, quality improvement, and CMS value-based care initiatives. Michelle holds degrees from Duke University and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
