Nicole Ferlo is an Associate Director of Government Rebates for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, responsible for guiding and mentoring the rebate operations team. She has 10 years of experience in life sciences. Her experience includes implementing large-scale revenue management system implementations and upgrades, developing process optimizations, streamlining Medicaid rebate and payment reconciliation workflows, and executing scalable automation/AI solutions. In addition to guiding the current Novartis rebate team, she assisted with operationalizing the newly launched IRA rebates and penalties. Nicole holds a Master of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
