Drug Rebate Services Manager at Gainwell Technologies

After many years as a Community Pharmacist, Nicolette joined Gainwell Technologies’ Delaware account Fall 2019 under Amy Frazier. In this role, she supported the Pharmacy Call Center and the Drug Rebate team. Within her Drug Rebate duties, she specialized in dispute resolution and worked hard to resolve current and prevent future disputes through the amazing partnerships she has built with labelers. Beginning in 2022, Nicolette joined Gainwell’s Corporate PBM Practice as the Drug Rebate Services Manager under Richard Holsapple. In this role she leverages her passion for Drug Rebate and her valued partnerships with labelers across the many Gainwell Drug Rebate accounts to optimize results. When she is not closing disputes, she loves to run, ski, swim and hike.
