Sanaz Kelly, PharmD, MBA, is Associate Principal for the Manufacturer Refund Service at Apexus, HRSA’s Prime Vendor for the 340B Drug Pricing Program. In this role, she engages with manufacturers to support 340B compliance by managing refund processes and serving as a 340B subject matter expert. Previously, Sanaz served as 340B purchasing insights director at Apexus, where she worked directly with covered entities and led initiatives to develop purchasing analytics and resources that help organizations evaluate their purchasing practices and identify opportunities for improvement. Before joining Apexus, Sanaz managed the 340B program at University of Utah Health, overseeing daily operations, policy analysis, education, and strategic partnerships. Sanaz earned her PharmD from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed both a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and a PGY2 drug information specialty residency at University of Utah Health. She earned her Executive MBA at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. Sanaz became a 340B Apexus Certified Expert in 2022.
