Shreetam is a Manager in the Government Contract Services (GCS) group of Ernst &Young LLP’s Forensics & Integrity services practice based in Tysons, VA. He has over 10years of experience, with an emphasis in government/commercial contracting andpricing related compliance issues for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

He has assisted pharmaceutical manufacturers with numerous government pricingcompliance projects that include calculation testing for a large pharmaceuticalmanufacturer on Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP), 340B Drug Pricing Program(340B) and Department of Veterans Affairs Federal Supply Schedule (VA FSS) programand perform their annual assessments as it relates to government pricing by price pointand component value testing.

He has assisted brand and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers in performingcommercial contract compliance assessments with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs),managed care organizations (MCOs), group purchasing organizations (GPOs),wholesalers and specialty distributors.

He has assisted pharmaceutical manufacturers perform multi-year product returnsrecalculations by assessing their returns process and developing pricing methodology,that resulted in significant recoveries. For one of the clients, he assisted in setting up ofa credits reconciliation process that accurately reconciles returns transactions for theclient’s customers and processes revised credits accurately.

Shreetam is proficient in a number of technologies and solutions, including SQL Server,SSIS, Tableau, Spotfire, Python and Monarch. He has experience analyzing various typesof transactional data, wholesaler EDI data, and government pricing data.

Shreetam has a Certified Fraud Examiner designation (CFE) and is a member of theAssociation of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Shreetam worked as a data analyst with AppliedPredictive Technologies. He was primarily responsible for designing data models,implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes based onclient’s needs. He also assisted with building client relationships, integrating datasets foruse in APT's proprietary software, and executing analyses that drove high-valuedecisions.
