Tamer El Mogy brings over 24 years of extensive experience in the MICE industry to his role as General Manager of Connect Conference Centre. His renowned career includes a decade-long tenure with Emaar Hospitality Group, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the events of Dubai.

During his time at Emaar, Tamer served as the Director of Lifestyle Events, overseeing corporate, government, and special events across prestigious properties such as The Address Downtown Dubai, Armani Hotel Dubai, Palace Downtown, and Dubai Opera. Notably, Tamer's expertise in preopening operations was pivotal in successfully launching and positioning these iconic venues.

Tamer's journey also led him to prominent roles at other establishments such as the five-star Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, where he served as the Director of Catering. Additionally, his leadership as Events Director at Erth Abu Dhabi further showcased his ability to drive business development and deliver exceptional event experiences. Few other luxury hotels to mention during his career path, like Caesars Palace & Resort, Marriott, Conrad and Hilton, where he served as Director of Events, Conferences and Catering. within the hospitality sector across diverse locations such as Cairo and the GCC that includes Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh.

Transitioning into a new chapter, Tamer's journey continued with ASM Global, the venues management company that oversees Connect Conference Centre. His experience and expertise in preopening operations have been invaluable in driving innovation and excellence in event management and venue operations.
