Associations providing CPD Credits
Below details on applications made to associations for the 2024 Montréal Real Estate Forum. Attendees are required to ask for a certificate of attendance during the registration process.
Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Attendance at the 2024 Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for 6 Continuing education units from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). Please note that we require everyone to pick-up their name badge before 8:15 am and scan out at the end of the event at 4:30 pm to submit your participation to the association.
Appraisal Institute of Canada
Attendance at the 2024 Montréal Real Estate Forum may be eligible for Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Continuing education units. For more information on how to apply these credits, please go to www.AICanada.ca and log-in with your member credentials.
Barreau du Québec
The 2024 Montréal Real Estate Forum is a training whose eligibility has been confirmed by the Barreau du Québec for the purposes of mandatory continuing education, for a duration of 16 hours.
BOMI Canada
Attendance at the 2024 Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for 6 Continuing education units from BOMI Canada. Please request a certificate of attendance when you register for the event.
Law Society of Ontario
This program may be eligible toward the Law Society’s CPD Requirement as Substantive Hours. Please note that this program is not accredited for Professionalism Hours. For further information, please visit The Law Society of Ontario website – Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Mortgage Professionals Canada
The 2024 Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for 4 Continuing education units from Mortgage Professionals Canada. Please request a certificate of attendance when you register for the event.
Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ)
Attendance at the 2024 Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for 4 Continuing Education Units from the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ). Please note that the time stamp when you pickup your badge upon arrival will be used as your sign-in and we do require everyone to sign-out at the end of the event in order to submit your participation to the association.
Key points to know about earning your CPD Credits
Attendance Certificate
Requests for Attendance Certificates can be requested during the event registration process.
A per event, one-off non-refundable admin fee of $55 plus tax will be applied. More than one certificate per event can be requested.
The admin fee is waived for REF Club Members, speakers and those attendees using sponsor allocated registrations.
Any inquiries regarding credits must be received by the organizers within three months following the date of the event. After this date, the CPD certificate process will be deemed closed and the organizers are not obligated to enter into dialogue for requests, edits to attendance certificates nor submissions to associations.
CPD Policies
Where requested by an association, attendance audits will be provided.
The organizers will not enter into communications between an association and attendee in regards to disputes on qualifying attendance for credits, other than to provide a list of attendees.
Those not present for the entire event annul their right to an attendance certificate.
Onsite badge printing will be time stamped and is in lieu of associations that require signature on arrival - namely OACIQ and AMF.
OACIQ and AMF members must remember to scan out on departure from the event to qualify for accreditation.
