André Plourde has earned a reputation for excellence in the marketing, sale and lease of office buildings over the course of his 33-year career. André now heads the Office Landlord Representation team at Colliers. His team has been entrusted with the representation of office space for lease in Montréal and Québec city for private and institutional landlords such as Allied, Cadillac Fairview, Devimco, Fondaction, JK Investments, Ivanhoé Cambridge, TGTA/Prével and Spear Street Capital. In 2020 and 2021, notwithstanding the challenges of the Covid world pandemic, André and his team have concluded 100 leasing transactions totaling over 1,000,000 SF.
