Anthony Arquin is a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg and the practice coordinator for the Commercial Real Estate and Secured Lending team of the Montréal office. He advises developers, managers and pension funds on commercial real estate sales and purchases, development projects and joint ventures. Anthony has significant experience working on mixed-use complexes and commercial co-ownerships. Anthony has been ranked in The Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada as one of 20 Canadian lawyers recommended for real estate development, and the only lawyer listed for the province of Québec. He is a member of the board of directors of Urban Development Institute of Québec (IDU) and the Montreal Real Estate Foundation For Kids (FIMJ).
