Steven Bouffard holds the position of Vice-President of Asset Management at Pure Industriel, one of Canada's largest industrial property owners, with over 40M sq.ft. mainly concentrated in the Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and Quebec City markets. For over 15 years, Steven has developed expertise in leasing, strategy and property management in commercial real estate across Canada. Steven is also President of the Quebec City Regional Council and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institut de Développement Urbain.
