In-person cancellation & name changes
Any in-person registration cancellation or name change may be requested up to two weeks prior to the Event.
A refund of 80% of the fee paid will be made in the same form as the original payment that was received (ex. Credit card payment will refund to the same credit card account number) for cancellations.
A one time name change is permitted up to two weeks prior to the Event for in-person tickets – a fee of $75 will be applied.
