As Chief Investment Officer for Cominar, Adam leads all transactions and investor relations functions. In addition, Adam works closely with the highly experienced senior management team to ensure property development, operations and processes are in line with the overall business plan and vision for the company. Adam has experience as a broker, advisor and landlord in a unique set of assignments across all sectors. Beginning as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at CBRE, he led the execution of over $2 billion in acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures across Quebec. Adam later joined Ivanhoé Cambridge to manage investments for the $17 billion North American office portfolio. In 2020, Adam joined Canderel with a focus on building an investment management business. His tenure led to the acquisition and privatization of Cominar REIT on behalf of an investor consortium. Adam Medeiros is a graduate of Concordia University with a B.Comm in Finance.
