Anne-Frédérique uses her advanced knowledge of environmental law to advise her clients. Her practice focuses on energy, climate change, mining, natural resources, land-use planning and agriculture. She advises her clients on risk management when selling or purchasing interests or assets, closing financing and signing commercial leases. Furthermore, she guides them through permitting and environmental assessment processes and situations involving contamination discovery, neighbourhood disturbances, changes in land use, cessation of designated activities and more. She also represents clients in negotiations with environmental protection authorities and in environmental disputes before the courts and administrative tribunals. Anne-Frédérique is a frequent panelist at conferences and speaks on various environment issues. Prior to joining Davies, she was a partner at prominent national and Québec law firms.
