Anne-Sophie Frican holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Planning from the University of Caen (France), as well as a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Montreal. She brings nearly 12 years of experience in residential real estate project management and strategic advisory.
She began her career focusing on the development of social and community housing before joining Construgep. There, she successively held the roles of Project Manager in real estate development and Director of Projects. She is currently Vice President of the Real Estate Development Department, where she oversees all initiatives related to the planning, design, and execution of multi-residential projects across Quebec. She also plays a key role in strategic decision-making and negotiations, contributing significantly to the operational success of projects.
