Holding a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Urban Planning from the University of Caen (France), as well as a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Montreal, Anne-Sophie Frican brings nearly 12 years of experience in residential real estate project management and strategic consulting. She began her career focusing on the development of social and community housing before joining the Construgep Group. There, she successively held the positions of Real Estate Development Project Manager and Project Director. She is currently leading the Real Estate Development Department, overseeing all initiatives related to the planning, design, and execution of multi-residential projects across Quebec. In addition, she plays a key role in strategic decision-making and negotiations, significantly contributing to the successful operational delivery of projects.
