Braiden Goodchild is PwC's National Real Estate M&A Leader active across the capital stack assisting a variety of clients across core and alternative asset classes. He is also a senior editorial member of PwC's flagship publication, Emerging Trends in Real Estate. In addition, Braiden also sits on PwC's cross-border real estate strategy practice and is part of PwC's global real estate deals team. His career has spanned investment banking, cost consulting, planning, and management consulting and has spent time 3 years recently in London England assisting on various real estate financings and transactions.
