Bryan Spatzner is a Principal of MTRPL Investments. He guides acquisition, design and capital raising for new projects as well as strategic management of the existing portfolio.

Founded in 2016, MTRPL is a principal-based real estate company concentrating on retail-centric, mixed-use urban development. Based in Montreal we specialize in the investment, development and management of mixed use assets.

Our investment philosophy begins with transit-oriented development along retail corridors in urban areas. We search for assets in high-density neighbourhoods with abundant foot traffic and an authentic sense of place.

Bryan received his Masters in Real Estate and the Built Environment from Harvard University He has a Bachelors in Architecture and Psychology from the McGill University
