Joining CBRE Capital in 2023, Charles-Benoit holds 10 years of experience in the capital markets sector, focusing on capital structuring and real estate portfolio strategy on over $3.0 billion of transaction volume across the province of Quebec. As a member of the Debt and Structured Finance team at CBRE Capital – the financial division of CBRE Limited and CMHC approved lender - Charles-Benoit supports the growth of the national brokerage and direct lending platforms while maintaining active participation in debt and equity placement for institutional accounts, REITs, pension funds, private equity firms and family offices. Charles-Benoit holds a Bachelor of Commerce, major in finance from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University), is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) , commercial real estate broker (OACIQ) and mortgage representative (AMF).
