Claire Tousignant is Managing Partner at MASSIVart, a Montréal-based creative placemaking and public art consultancy with offices in Toronto and Mexico City, working with real estate developers across North America and internationally.

She leads the development and delivery of cultural strategies that integrate art, programming, and place experience into real estate projects, contributing to how places are shaped, experienced, and valued over time.

Claire has played a key role in major mixed-use and retail developments, including ROYALMOUNT in Montréal in collaboration with Carbonleo, where she led the integration of art and culture as part of the overall development vision. Her work spans across mixed-use, residential, retail, and public realm projects.

At MASSIVart, she oversees a multidisciplinary team of cultural planners, curators, and producers, ensuring continuity from strategy through to implementation.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Ottawa and the University of Sydney.
