Florence Chaussé manages a portfolio of financing investments across Canada from initial underwriting and funding through to maturity. Prior to joining KingSett, Florence spent two years with JLL’s Capital Markets Group, where she held progressive positions. Florence led commercial real estate transactions and advisory mandates across all major property types, gaining expertise in due diligence and negotiation. Florence is fluent in French and English and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Montréal.
